Our Medical Practice in Steglitz (Lankwitz)
Our practice in Lankwitz is particularly focused on accident surgery and surgical services. One focus here is the treatment of accidents at work and on the way to work as well as the surgical therapy of all skin diseases. But we also treat orthopedic diseases such as osteoarthritis of joints comprehensively and according to current procedures.
Another focus is the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the rectum (proctology) as well as the surgical treatment of abdominal wall and inguinal hernias, preferably using the low-pain minimally invasive technique. We perform a large number of outpatient operations under local and general anesthesia.

Our medical practice in Zehlendorf
Since January 2024, we have had another practice in Dahlem on the site of the former Oskar Helene Home. We only offer surgical and proctology consultations here. Operations do not take place here.
A trans-regional focus is the proctological treatment of anal fissures, anal fistulas and hemorrhoidal complaints. We also have particular expertise in the treatment of abdominal wall and inguinal hernias as well as the treatment of skin and soft tissue tumors and the pilonidal sinus.

Hernia surgery
The development in the treatment of abdominal wall and inguinal hernias has increased rapidly and must now be customized. As a surgeon awarded by the European Hernia Society, you can trust Dr. Jacob and his team.
Proctology
We specialize in minimally invasive treatment of rectal conditions - painless and on an outpatient basis. Our experts deal empathetically with the issue of hemorrhoidal disease, anal fistulas and anal fissures. For good results, we use the latest therapy methods - so you are always in good hands with us.
Pilonidal cyst
For over 10 years, we have specialized in minimally invasive therapy of coccygeal fistula (Sinus pilonidalis). Large excisions should be a thing of the past.
Most findings can be operated on under local anesthesia using the pit picking technique, sinusectomy or laser therapy. We have compiled detailed information for you.
